reading :: fifty shades freed. truthfully, i’m ready for it to be over. i really enjoyed the first book, as it was exciting and oh-so-sexy, but now…eh. i have so many books on my shelf, i think i’m just ready to move on to the next adventure.
watching :: project runway
thinking about :: making some changes to the blog…
anticipating :: our upcoming trip to chicago. my best friend is getting married! zoey is staying with grandma + grandpa while mommy + daddy paint the town red – two {kid free} nights in a row!
listening to :: npr. on the way to work – morning edition / on the way home – all things considered. obsessed.
working on :: planning zoey’s 1st birthday party! i don’t want to reveal too many details, as i plan to share photos in just a few short weeks, but i’ll give you a hint… we were inspired by ice cream! yum!
wishing :: that i could hop on a plane and visit one of my dearest friends. it’s been too long…
i’m so pumped that august is here! we have a lot going on this month – zoey turns one, taylor will start 7th grade, mark and i are celebrating our one year anniversary and my bff is getting married…so much to celebrate and be thankful for. hooray for august!
