
*this recipe is enough for one serving/glass.
3 leaves of kale
1 handful of spinach leaves
1 cup chopped romaine
1 bunch parsley
1/2 english cucumber
1 apple
1 inch piece of fresh ginger
1 lemon
i removed the rind from the lemon and roughly chopped the leafy greens.
we use a breville juice fountain plus. and we love it.

i’ve been juicing like crazy since my husband got me a juicer for christmas. juicing word of advice, don’t juice turnips.
