i went out last night.  without the kids.  without my husband.  yee haw!  we sat and listened to a 90′s cover band under twinkling lights at a beautiful winery nestled in the santa monica mountains.  i enjoyed a delicious glass of wine and good food.  it does not matter that i was yawning by 8:30 and wishing i was in bed, curled up with the fictional christian grey my husband.  all that really matters is that i drank wine some where other than my couch.
