cooking with bf+v // buffalo chicken dip

i made this wonderfully decadent appetizer for super bowl sunday, but i think it’s the perfect dip to take to a potluck or any other party!

what you’ll need:

*rotisserie chicken
*hot sauce
*2 packages of cream cheese
*celery
*blue cheese crumbles
*tortilla chips

*melt cream cheese in a medium sauce pan
{we started with one package, but added more as we went along.  it really depends on how creamy you want your dip.}

*then add 1/2 cup to a cup of celery AND as much hot sauce as your little spice-lovin’ heart desires.
{we like ours tangy!}

*stir

*add approximately 1 to 1 1/2 cups of shredded chicken

*stir

*place in baking dish, add blue cheese crumbles to the top, and bake in oven for 25 minutes at 425


*serve hot and gooey with tortilla chips!


{a couple of things – i saw this recipe on 5 ingredient fix.  i don’t recall the exact measurements, but this is the type of dish that can be altered according to your tastes…so add as much or as little as you like!}
